AIM-75S 8-inch industrial tablet from Advantech
The AIM-75S is an industrial tablet with a replaceable battery that supports up to 12 hours of continuous operation and is IP65 rated to protect against water and dust ingress for indoor and outdoor installation. In addition to WLAN / LTE functions that enable mobile data processing, the AIM-75 can be integrated with additional optional accessories, such as a 1D / 2D barcode reader, LAN + COM, UHF RFID and MSR modules. This makes the AIM-75 ideal for a wide range of applications in the manufacturing, warehousing, retail and field service industries.
It is equipped with an 8-inch WUXGA IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 and scratch-resistant Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3. The touch screen supports 10 multi-touch PCAP control and is also adapted for gloves and a stylus. With its IP65 rating ensuring protection against dust and water ingress, 1.2 meter drop spec (up to 1.8 meter with extra frame) and SAE J1455 specification for shock and vibration damping, the AIM-75S has the durability to withstand operation in harsh environments both indoors and outdoors.
To expand the system functions, the AIM-75S can be equipped with a variety of application-oriented peripherals, such as a barcode reader, MSR reader, RFID, COM port module, multi-device charging station, multi-battery charging station and VESA dock.

Android 10 with GMS support improves the user experience
Android 10 comes with application-ready APIs, reducing application development time. To be certified for GMS, the AIM-75S passed 2 million tests to ensure compatibility with Google’s range of proprietary applications, such as the Chrome browser (with “Lite Mode”), YouTube, Gmail, Google Maps and the Google Play Store.
Highest performance and long life
AIM-75S is equipped with a Snapdragon ™ 660 processor, which is one of Qualcomm’s best with high performance and long life. With the “14nm” manufacturing process for the chipset, active power consumption is reduced, and with two integrated (PMIC) power management circuits, energy efficiency is improved for longer battery life. This means that the AIM-75S has an operating time of up to 12 hours.
Priority technology for real-time communication
To facilitate fast data transfer and GPS tracking, the AIM-75S has built-in LTE Cat 6, WLAN, Bluetooth and NFC communication technology. It also supports multiple GPS systems, including GPS, Glonass, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS and SBAS. The WLAN card supports the most modern standards such as 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac and 802.11 k / v / r roaming protocols for improved WLAN performance.
