Effective planning and control of
the picking flows!
A prerequisite for optimized picking work at
logistics centers and for highly efficient order settlement is a good and
careful planning.
Within the framework of electronic goods picking, Lydia®-ControlCenter provides
from topsystem a clear and comprehensible picture of the order data which
transferred from the goods handling or inventory management system.
With Lydia®-ControlCenter, the planner always has an overview
all processes, and can react in real time to bottlenecks and
delays in order processing, e.g. by bringing together
smaller orders or split large ones, or allocate some orders to others
picker.
The Pick by Voice Software range Lydia® delivers efficient, paperless
picking.
Data from the PDAs where Lydia® is running can be reviewed by the scheduler
via the device administration, and if necessary also forwarded
to individual pickers via the built-in telephony function.
Of course, Lydia®-ControlCenter is not only suitable for monitoring
speech applications, but also to multimodal solutions.
ControlCenter is completely in-house developed by topsystem. It can
connects seamlessly to all Oracle and MS SQL databases.
The software handles multiple clients, allowing multiple people
at the same time has access to it.
